The Course
Our students are empowered through practical and theoretical knowledge on all aspects of baking and confectionery. Students are provided with modern state-of-the-art equipment to work with. There is continuous interaction between students and experts in this field. Students are taken on field trips to select Bakeries in Mumbai. On completion of this course students can work in hotels, cruise liners, catering outlets or set up their own business.

Eligibility
HSC or equivalent Std. XII Board examination.
​
Tenure: 1 year full-time.
Timings: Mon-Fri - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm; Saturdays when required.
Seats: 30.

This is a 2 level course designed for baking enthusiasts for both beginners and advanced bakers.
Dynamics of baking is a course designed to give the candidates a hands on bakery & confectionery experience. Our goal is to make you the independent baker that you desire to be so as to pursue your passion for baking in a thorough way.

Sessions: 22 sessions (including one session for exams)
Timings: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
